General sales policy
All sales are made in US dollars.
Informational products sales policy
All informational products (service manuals, build instructions, guides etc) are sold in electronic form only. The buyer receives access credentials that allow him/her to reach the subscribers-only parts of the site. Some informational materials are not downloadable and are available online on our site only. It is not possible to provide paper copies of informational products. Each user has a right to make one (1) paper copy of each of such product for archive purposes only.
Sales of informational products are NON REFUNDABLE. Access to the purchased product is granted immediately after receiving cleared payment.
We do our best to ship physical goods as soon as possible. Shipments are scheduled once a week, but if there are many orders, we ship twice or three times a week.
We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. If you suspect that the parcel was tampered with do not accept it and file a claim with the post agency immediately. Packages are insured and this will allow you to claim your insurance payment.
For both international and domestic shipments we offer the following methods:
- Russian Post - cheap but may be slow (equivalent of USPS First Class Mail)
- EMS Post - more expensive, but much faster (equivalent of USPS Express Mail)
- DPD - our recommended method for international shipments.
All methods offer tracking, but Russian Posts tracking is very limited.
Local pickup is not possible.
Shipment costs depend on several factors and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Estimated delivery time depends on the carrier. Russian Post takes 2-3 weeks to deliver a parcel, but some international shipments may take 2 or more months to get to destination. EMS Post often delivers within 1.5-2 weeks (and uses simplified customs export procedure). DPD delivers within several days (up to a week to the most distant countries), this doesn't include time for customs clearance in both countries.
For more detailed information regarding estimated delivery time please refer to the corresponding carrier site. Responsibility for compliance with the delivery terms rests solely with the carrier.
The buyer is responsible for all import tax and duties imposed by the buyers country customs services. We do not provide any information regarding customs payments.
In case the parcel is returned to the seller (unclaimed, wrong address provided, duties not paid etc) return shipping is paid by the buyer. The balance is refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them for a refund (excluding shipping and 10% restocking fee) subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). To be given a valid RA# you should supply a copy of the invoice/receipt, order number or invoice number. Please get in touch with us to obtain an RA#. All returns that do not clearly display an RA# on the outside of the packaging will automatically be refused. All RA#s must be issued within ten (10) days of receiving the product. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately!
- All returned product must be in "as received" condition and unaltered in any way. Do not install, solder, drill, strip, paint, file, or alter the product in any way until you have thoroughly inspected it! Product that has been altered in any way will not be accepted for return!
- Product must be packaged securely and with sufficient protection to avoid damage in transit. If, in our opinion, any product shows evidence of damage, misuse, improper handling or insufficient packaging, it will not be eligible for exchange or refund consideration.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
